Utilizing the widely adopted Addie Model, I consider the five-step framework to be indispensable in my project development endeavors. The initial Analysis phase provides me with the opportunity to meticulously delve into discussions and collaboration with stakeholders, product management, and subject matter experts. By keeping a focus on the needs analysis and company goals, I am equipped to Design and Develop a detailed and captivating storyboard. Maintaining communication becomes paramount at this juncture, and I diligently record meeting details to ensure everyone is well-acquainted with key dates, requests, and materials. The subsequent Implementation phase, in my perspective, is where I have the privilege of transforming envisioned ideas into reality on a project. While I relish the creative aspects of implementation, I remain adaptable to unforeseen challenges. Evaluation of the outcome enables me to assess the course’s effectiveness, ensuring alignment with targets and providing insights for my continuous improvement.
